I'm still waffling on whether I'm ready to get out and about. I went down to the park yesterday morning to see my niece and nephew do the colors with their scout troop and watch the end of the car and bike parade. Then suddenly there were a ton of people around, and a bunch of them were kids too young to vaccinate, and I was ZIP outta there.

Ugh, we have new neighbors and they're the 'loud explosions' types when it comes to fireworks. Still shooting them off around midnight for crying outloud! I really don't understand some mindsets out there, I swear.

I couldn’t decide, were people doing hours of fireworks, or did new ones keep starting? Because it was loud when I walked home around 9:30 and still loud when I woke up past midnight. Criminy people. Someone spent a lot of money or many people started at different times.

I am enjoying writing on this new fic, I just wish I finished close to the number I start!
