It has been a quieter week, I've appreciated that. My poor nephew got his splint removed and a cast put on, one that he'll have to wear for 3 months, so he's bummed. The street was torn up again yesterday for the water meter project, the air is foul from the wildfires, and both covid rates and vaccinations are going up in my city, so I'm hunkered

I recently found an old drive and all my Star Gate and McGyver fic was on it, so I had a nice afternoon going down memory lane. It's funny to note how much I've changed as a writer--I've gotten better at dialog and am a bit tighter with plots at this point.

I'm not sure what made me look it up, but there is only ONE fic for The Courtship of Eddie's Father. Occasionally I'll remember and old show and check to see if there's fic on AO3 for it. Some, like Man from Uncle still have a pretty solid following while others are little islands unto themselves. :)

I didn't really re-read any of my wips, just scanned a bit to see if it should stay separate or go into the combined 'not likely to finish' file. I'm sure my writing has changed, I'll hope for the better, lol, but I'm not sure how.

I remember the Courtship of Eddie's Father! I know I enjoyed it, though I don't remember much beyond Bill Bixby was a single father with a son. I do remember reading several Muncle zines back in the day. Napoleon and Illya made a great pair.
