Sis and I gave blood this morning, and someone finally told me I'm CMV negative, and that's why my blood can be given to babies.

(Okay, now I have to pause and go into some weird vampire baby thing in my mind, stepping away from that.)

They used to make a big fuss of it, when I was first giving blood consistently, in my 20s, highlighting the code

I have always been in awe of both your ability to give and your consistency in doing so--met you in the 80s and you're still at it!
