As we teach the families we work with, you owe nobody an explanation, nor any justifications. unconditional love in any form requires none of it. you owe it to yourself, however, to be strong enough to move forward even if it means leaving that person behind. "letting go" if you will.
I cant pretend to know exactly what you are going through, but I can tell you I understand at least a little bit. I understand the hurt, the anger, even the sadness. Its not the same, I know, all I can say though is hold on to what inspires you, and that of which makes you happy. the scary parts will pass if you are willing to let them go.
