Seriously, at this point just block his phone number and email. He's such a self-centered dick I can't imagine him ever becoming someone you'd want to be friends with, let alone involved. I know you like drama, but this isn't even dramatic any more. It's just another chance for you to feel bad for his entertainment. Fuck him. He's not even worth the time it takes to tell him off, or the risk that you'll get drunk or depressed and stupidly try to contact (or accept contact from) him.
