That happened to me on San Sal. Someone had gotten hurt and I was the person that knew about it so I did this ten minute trip of scrambling over the rocks, climbing up about 10 feet to the top of a cliff where everyone was, then climbing down about 4 times, and I'd given the person that was hurt my water cause I'd been drinking plenty of water and I felt fine...

then just as I got to the top of the cliff and stood up I passed right out, but just onto plants so thick I didn't hit the ground. I remember thinking, oh? what's happening? and then out.

something similar happened to me the other day! i was driving, and i began feeling utterly miserable, dizzy, and a bit of headache. i made it back to the office and drank more water than i ever have. i didn't feel wholly better til the next day, though.

Daddy worked his whole life in the MS heat. He says you gotta take breaks and you gotta periodically hydrate. And I personally hope you have sun protection.
