Early this year, a motorcycle hit my car as I was doing a left turn along Commonwealth. The thing is that I was already near a full turn when it hit me. High blood pressure is really bad. Now I do not only have to diet ( lose weight ) and lessen my food intake but to exercise as well. I only realized that I have a BP ( blood pressure ) problem when my doctor noted that it's about 150 over 100. I told the doc that it's been like that for over a year! after the impeachment debacle in Congress, the show now shifts to the Senate where the NSC Adviser is being grilled for signing a contract for and in behalf of the country when he is not supposed to enter into and with funds coming out of nowhere. the senators have cited him for contempt--- as he is invoking his right against self incrimination.
