Okay, it's five after seven. I'm in the library. School is closed today, but we aren't. My boss is really annoyed. I spent last night's shift dreading this morning, so I'm sort of over it already

Yup, same thing here. Yesterday, it freezing rained and sleeted heavily, so despite the fact that I got up way early to prep the car and give time to drive slow, I just called in. Not going. Not with ICE on the road. Snow can be dealt with, not ice. And the 6in of snow that fell that day ensured that the roads would not get any better.
But still people showed up for work. If they had closed the central office, like the Air Force base and the FAA center that they support, I could have gotten paid time off, but no dice ;_;
