OOC: Love the new layout by the by!
He had left Blade at home; all be it reluctantly. However tearing his attention away from his lessons to keep one eye on the dog would be a hindrance and not help so Jason resolved to just let it be. Besides, Will was home and Elf and the puppy were fast friends now. He wouldn’t be alone.
Jason tucked the mahogany box under his arm and rang the bell. He wondered if Evan was home or it would just be him and Rion. A part of him hoped for the latter rather than the former. It had been a while since he had been cocooned in the world of his teacher and sword, and even longer still since he had a friendly exchange with the younger male. He’d missed their talks, there was always chitchat before or after an official lesson and Jason enjoyed those just as much as he did the actual learning experience. He respected Rion; liked him.

Jason grabbed Rion with one arm and pulls the man into a hug and kisses his cheek.
"S'good t'see you." After a few seconds their embrace ends and Jason's smile broadens at seeing Rion's answering smirk. "Been a while eh? Life's been busy. How are you?"

He isn't sure how appropriate it would be to embrace the man, so he refrains. He steps back to allow Jason to step inside.
