People often ask me how I'm different (no kidding, they actually do, it's weird...usually it's shortly after they ask me "why not?"), and explaining it is usually a complicated issue, because in order to do it, I first have to explain to people who they are, and that almost never sits will with them. I have to show them what they take for granted

Well Dave, how are you doing? What is work like? How is Amber? Do you like her snake? How are the roommates? How is your book going? How are the rpg plans in your head going? I am actually interested in how you are doing, and talking on the phone might the fastest way to get through all this. But you avoid conversation on the phone and don't answer questions. So I will resort to writing it here, where everyone who checks your journal will see it. Anyway, Greg is reading your rant right about now, and I hope he comments too.

Greg is even more the comment-failz0r than he is the Soul Cali-failz0r (expialidocius). Maybe it's just that he's a man, and men have little to say, which says a lot about all the ranting I do.
