After years of wibbling in fear, I'm finally going to attempt my dream of replaying Lufia 2 without ever resorting to FAQs, because I'm saddened by how quickly I give up on figuring things out these days.

I'm distressingly non-confident about this. I did it as a kid, dammit!

If you're ROMming it, do it without emulators or savestates too and I'll really be impressed.

I don't know what you even mean by doing it without emulators. It's too late for going without savestates, but I'm mostly just using them where there are savepoints anyway!
