And it's 'Neuroendocrinology I' to distinguish it from 'Neuroendocrinology II', which isn't a class that actually exists yet, because I'm the only person ever to take 'Neuroendocrinology I' here to my knowledge. Other people I know have taken 'Neuroendocrinology' though. Hmm, I think I might be confused, but the point is that Dr. Tasker wanted to give it an awesome, impressive name that would fit the alotted space. Not many things will fit with Neuroendocrinology.
