In the process of moving into a new pad. A small cozy 1Bd/1Ba condo. 5 minutes from work so I'll need to figure out how I'm going to be spending the extra 80 or so minutes everyday that I normally lose to commuting

Heh, as I mentioned to your husband, I'm going to ease my way into a normal life. 1/2 the time I plan to do a little exercising while the other half I'll use to keep my books business records square. The improved organization may pay big dividends later on.

laugh.. i'm going to raid the family self-storage first for hand me down furniture. As my cash flow develops during the year, I'll start replacing things one at a time.

But first on the to buy list will be a decent bed and I just might take you up on those coupons.
