Way to go! So it's not corner office; corner offices are totally overrated. Mine was way too close to the intersection and came into contact with traffic frequently enough that they finally had a bunch of BOULDERS rolled into formation in front of it. Feint reassurance when an 18-wheeler misses the red, let me tell you!
