If I lived in Central Nova or Saint-Laurent-Cartierville I would be seriously pissed off.
It certainly is undemocratic to strategically place or not place candidates in ridings for the purposes of creating political alliances. The constituents of those ridings have the right to choose who they will elect to represent them, no one else. Forcing

I'll forgive a lot in pursuit of that goal...
You remember the deal Peter MacKay made with David Orchard?(wikipedia)
In case you don't, (and don't wanna follow the link) Peter MacKay promised to re-examine the NAFTA deal (maybe think about pulling out of it...) and, more importantly, he explicitly promised no discussion of a merger with the Reform Party.
Then a little while later later, he decided to merge with the Reform Party. MacKay remains a serious force in the new party. Harper made him head-waiter, and told him to get back in the kitchen with the rest of the former tories.
If you live in Central-Nova, you've got a lot more to be pissed off about than the Dion-May deal.

In the past, May reported, she has "talked women out of having abortions". She further stated, "I would never have an abortion myself, not in a million years. I can't imagine the circumstances that ( ... )

May said at said press conference that she didn't "think a woman has a frivolous right to choose." In fact she made it very clear that she only supports access to therapeutic abortions in Canda. That's when you get your sluty ass up in front of a panel of doctors and hope they approve it becaue the pregnancy is putting your health or life in danger.
