Location: Fitzroy Gardens, Stage Lawn, Opposite Model Tudor Village,(Melways ref:2G C3 for those that really need it)

Time: band plays 7:30 to 9:30, but theres another band playing 6pm to 7pm.

What is it: A latin 9-piece band called San Lazaro are playing in the gardens.

That sounds great fun, but I'm at Wilson's Prom with my family that weekend :( If there are any more free-music-and-dance events, though, I'd be up for going along!
