Check out Home of the Underdogs.
They don't have any best sellers (since the site is about underrated games), but just about anything else worth having is there.

Oh, and if you're going to play DOS games that don't have use a real time clock, get DOSBOX.
Now your new computer can pretend to be a PC from the early 90s with appropriate gaming hardware.
