Mostly true. You can still get to a DOS prompt using the commands listed above. It'll behave more or less like the DOS you remember (or at least the DOS I remember,) but is still just a 32-bit emulation that doesn't handle most of the DOS games I throw at it. Other than gaming, though, it still does pretty much everything it used to. Which is still pretty much nothing.
