Yes I continue my pathetic descent, here's a drawing of one of my original characters, actually the first one.
She doesn't have a name, I call her the florist's lover... that's a phrase I've always thought of as romantic and mysterious at the same time.

She is a transsexual woman (yes i know, that's where I get pathetic). I just wanted to tell the tale of a happy transsexual, post op and all, I find it kinda reassuring. She's open and happily in a relationship, with, you guessed it, a florist! I see her as courageous, but kinda foxy at the same time. Her life was tortuous and agitated, she wasn't always settled in her comfortable housewife lifestyle and it shows. Also comforting detail, that's her own hair, she actually succeeded in growing it out! :D
The hand was holding a flower basket in the pencil drawing but it was too complicated to line so... I didn't!
The background is a mix of laziness and me channelling my inner Mondrian or something...
I have two more drawings of her, one in her undies, tuduuun and one pre-op, but I feel like posting some writing first :) it's been a while. I may write a lot, I never feel like it's worthy of being read, I have to fight that!
