to go further into my last post.  i was at work and this regular comes in and asks for a token to use the bathroom.  so i give it to him.  he later comes out and trips over a chair near the door.  i'm the only one who sees him go down.  he dosnt get back up.  i rush over there and see somethign is wrong so i shout to Greg (the store manager) to
