i'd suggest ISEP if I were you as they take all the state, st. ed's, national and private financial aid and loans. and they have plenty of locations in South America AND you generally HAVE to take classes in Spanish as you're not doing a regular exchange program. It's the cost of SEU w/ room and board but then all of your financial aid subtracted. But if you find a program that is cheaper than the amount you'd have to pay (mine was $12,500 before all the financial aid was taken out) after your aid is taken out, then go for it.
