Middle English texts?

The concept for the English thesis is coming together, I just need more raw material. Other than Chaucer's Canterbury tales, can you think of any other texts in Middle English that describe dress and status? I'm looking for title and (if possible) general directions to what part of the story.

Roman de la Rose?
Paston Letters? Those might be a bit too modern, but I think they still might qualify.
