Things have been really crazy. First, I pledged to AST and am now a new member!! :D So I have been busy with that, like, every night.
Then, this past Saturday, I took the British exchange students to Chesterfield Town Center. Well, I had never driven up there before, so I used Mapquest. So, it was all good on the way: piece of cake. Well, on the way back, I followed Mapquest directions and ended up on the Powhite Parkway. Well, my mom called my cell to check on our progress, and when I told her where I was she started to freak out and said I shouldn't be on that road. So, of course I started to freak out. So I went back the way I came and ended up at an intersection. I went into 2 different gas stations, that were right across from each other and both gave me the wrong directions and I eventually ended up on the outskirts of Richmond. By then, it had started to sleet and rain, and the roads were icing up. :( So I went back to the intersection and called my grandma, because she lived around that area for a while, and I eventually made it safely back to campus. Whew. That is officially the worst driving experience of my life.
