Okonomiyaki is a Japanese dish. It's pretty much egg batter and cabbage, and then you put fish and veggies on it and grill it, and then put okonomiyaki sauce on it and it is DELICIOUS. Kind of like Japanese pizza maybe?

And you know I will. :D
