I thought my life was crazy busy before (and outsiders agreed with me) and then it ratcheted up several notches. At work our department is short-staffed, unable to recruit, and losing more people, and family/community demands have gone up as well. I really want to take you up on this. And yet. I don't know if I can write a bigbang that does not include Misha in at least a minor role. He's just so flexible and good for comic relief. Can you live with that? I won't ask you to beta...

From past experience, brainstorming and poking are what I need. Cheerleading is nice, and always appreciated, but I did better when I had someone to talk to. :)

I am of no use on the RPF front, but am just dropping by to say you should go for it and it's nice to see you posting. I hope the busy is the good kind of busy, not the bad kind.

Thank you! It is mostly good, except for work, which I do love but the whole department is really overloaded right now. :(

IT IS TRUE! after posting the poll, I realized I'd forgotten Osric. I'm not up to date on season 8. Definitely have to find space for him. :)

errh, as to the mestery object, I am thinking it could be cool to make it something that doesn't mean anything to anyone; it might be something of some value, but to a sector of people, it is the holiest of the holy object. It could hold power or not.

anyway, always good to know you are writing. hope to see your work again for big_bang this year.

eta., JDM could be a very slick and sincere bad guy, I mean he could look at someone all compassinate and stab the same person in the back, and shed a few tears for the wound and/or the corpes.

That is a cool idea! I'm not sure it'll work for what I've got going on, but I like it! Maybe...and if not I'll have to keep it in mind. :D

Thanks! Not sure it's going to work out, but I am enthused and definitely going to give it a try.

I totally agree with you re: JDM. I was leaning towards bad guy, myself. The poll is almost evenly split! I think he may be a good guy, technically, but morally ambiguous? He usually ends up that way in my stories, at least.

I vote for crazy!Misha also, and second the Osric! ALL the side-character(actors)!

Also, can there be incriminating evidence of drug smuggling in trade for diamonds to be used in a secret military scientific breakthrough?

And possibly karaoke for comic reliefMisha?

ALL THE PLOTS! I like it, haha. I think there may be a combination of at least two things, tbh. Still working it out (and trying to decide whether whatever it is shows up on X-ray or not.)

I realized I'd forgotten Osric almost as soon as I posted! I'm not up to date on this season. Still, I must find room for him, he seems popular. :)
