Ah, my first real job with real benefits.

Three weeks paid vacation, 1 week of paid personal/sick time, 11 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401K, financial counseling, and an employee assistance program. If I work a holiday, I only have to come in for one hour to sit at the desk and read, and then I get another paid floating holiday.

Yaaaaaaay!! It's a pretty sweet trade-off for having to wear Business Casual all day, IMO. Unless your office has a more relaxed dress code, in which case I WILL BE VERY JEALOUS.
