1. He cooks every night, and it's always something really creative and amazing. Examples from this week: pan-seared salmon with parmesan-encrusted broccoli and lemon rice; perfectly cooked medium-rare steak with "nacho" baked potatoes topped with sauteed onions and peppers, salsa, cheese and guacamole
