Dynamis-Xarcabard was taken again, fifth time in a row some people have gone in low-manning it. SE REALLY needs to instance Dynamis, it's relentlessly frustrating to constantly be locked out of the zone, or forced to enter at some ungodly hour of the night.

Luckily, Dynamis-Bubuirimu put out quite nicely.

Oh man, I totally feel you on the mother/counselor thing. About a year ago, some members of the LS were having interpersonal problems... not only did I not know about it because it never came out in LS chat, but they wanted me to mediate and tell so-and-so to stop sending /tells to a member of the LS.

Not only did they not provide any proof of this harassment in screenshots or whatever, but they were appalled when my reaction was to tell them to /blist this other member. W-T-F, HELLO? Solve your own fucking problems, shit.

As for Einherjar, yeah ... don't get cocky, as soon as you do you will get your ass handed to you. We've had bad luck lately as well, but keeping people grounded and determined will eventually result in a win.

I feel your pain about leading :( Doesn't happen so much anymore, but dealing with people's personal problems and such really drags one down after a while. And likewise just on small jobs, like the dynamis targeting. If you're anything like me you don't really wanna *tell* someone to do it, because it feels... wrong. But when no one steps up to help out, then it's very disapointing to say the least.
