Catchy Title

Been a pretty good week so far, especially compared to last month.

Sunday a lot of people had expressed the need for a Bomb Queen Ring, so we all went down there and ended up with over 20 people (including some friends from LaCosaNostra LS that needed a ring). A few of the sackholders stayed and worked down all the pops, getting everyones pop in.

Gotta take into account that majority of our members don't have the free time for doing things outside of events. I spend all day tending to Sammie and I can't commit to anything long term in game when my attention is divided. So yeah it is kinda hard to get things done. Friday, Saturday and Sundays its hard to find help because that is when people have Salvage/Assaults and Nyzul Isle so yeah. Shouting for help usually ends up with either people that suck, or people that want the exact same thing as you. Not a lot of people go for the "Your pop; your drop." And I'm not to keen on letting others lotting something I want when it is my pop set.

Much like Diorite and Grah M Chip farming, I think low-tier ZNMs is a "neccessary evil" for shells that want to do bigger fights. Thankfully, they don't normally take too long (in my experience anyway, though there's several tier1 and tier2 fights I haven't done), so it's possible to bust a load out in one or two nights to get people higher tier access who don't have much time outside events; and there's always the possibility of splitting up into smaller groups for lower tier pops too. I understand your frustration, but I don't think it can be helped.

Really depends on the NM, most of the tier 1/2s are easily small manned, some not so much. I can think of one or two that we tried to do with only a party or two before I joined EM that went miserably.

Hahaha... irony. I read this entry as we're doing ZNMs ourselves.

I wish I could offer something that's worked for us, but it's really a niche thing and some people enjoy it while others don't. Our turnout for ZNM nights is vastly different than what we usually get for other events. We do give priority to doing T3s or T4s on 'event' nights so that we can utilize larger turnouts on mobs that need them instead of possible low-manned T1s & T2s.

It's good to teach people the ones that can be low-manned... once people know, there can be a steady supply of T3s & T4s and that's much more exciting for most people.
