i wished it had ended differently too. But in a way, we can change that. By strengthening our friendship like we talked about. I feel we're both a place that we can do that now without further damage to psyches. Correct me if i'm wrong, but we did always say we'd be friends b/c while we could live through breaking up, neither of us could stand losing the other completly. Besides, we've got too many good inside jokes not to use them on a regular basis! :)

I def went through a phase where I was all about nostalgia, and it caused alot of problems (you witnessed 1/2 of them). Not that I don't look back every now and then, but beyond just moving on, you realize there are shitloads of better times ahead.
