Don't really like doing entries like this, but sometimes posting something on lj is the only way I can fall asleep at night. It makes me feel somehow proactive, even though its much more passive-aggressive.

the point of you saying "how teenage girl of me" is that you were trying to imply lame-ness. Using a gender in place of a word like shitty, or lame, or immature is sexist. I would have said that it was sexist if you'd said "how teenage boy of me." why attach a gender to it?
