I am fucked up due to my gastritis!!! and the urgent care just fucked with me saying it was an infection!!! WTF!!

Now i am on anti anxiety pills, my fears!

I ended up going to the urgent care yesterday. I was alone, had ate spaghetti with sausage and ground bison. After a few I felt my neck chill up then tingle, as well having a raise in blood pressure and a slight change of body temperature.
