I NEED YOUR HELP

what ways do some of you lose weight? i feel like im getting fat and gross again and i can't have that! counting calories sucks but i think i'm going to have to, again. any other advice, i know you have to work out but anything else?

give me tips!!!

i'm a calorie counter too :/ but that + TONS OF WATER + green tea + 30 DAY SHRED, the video that will change your life. these are the best tips i gotz babygirl! (and i think you look perfect in every way shape and form, jus sayin)

yeah i drink insane amounts of water everyday, but i need to add the green tea. 30 day shred, is there just one dvd or a certain one i should get? and ive been meaning to comment you, you look so good mama! i wish i had your cute body<3

right now im doing this running program called Couch to 5k (http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml)and i think ive lost a little it of weight with it! i did 30 day shred but got over it after a while bc i wasnt seeing any results

if you have a way, swimming is a great exercise
for your muscles that show and those that don't (heart lungs..)

also, what works for me is only eating 12 hours out of the day
so let's say even if it's fast food and i have it at midnight
not eating a meal again until 12 in the afternoon. gives your body time to process the calories, use what it needs and get rid of what it doesn't. i find it easier to, instead of stopping yourself from eating at a certain time, to change the time you start eating.
