I'm not a fan of mushrooms, but otherwise that sounds like a fine pizza and a fine night.
They've been playing a lot of movies like that on the hbo and showtime channels- that and ive been watching a lot of them. You know.. the movies that have people butchering other people as opposed to Things butchering people.
Jeez- Devil's Rejects, Wolf Creek, Turistas, My Little Eye, Hostel, Mindhunters, etc.

Devil's Rejects was a big disappointment! Too bad too. I'm a big Rob Zombie fan. I loved House of 1000 Corpses. I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about his remake of Halloween. If it must be done @least I have faith in him.
Wolf Creek was sooooo boring. I don't care if it was based on a true story. I'm sure it was as factual as Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Turistas rocked!
Never heard of My Little Eye! Thanks. I'll have to check it out.
Hostel was crap.
Mindhunters was better than I thought it was going to be. Great deaths. Like ***SPOILERS*** Christian Slater's! Holy fuck! He froze and fell apart! That was insane!
The new Hitcher was excellent! I was so amazed. I love the original so figured the remake would just piss me off (like The Fog) but it was great. Jumped like crazy over and over!!!

There was a lot of dialog that i found hilarious in Devil's Rejects. Like the chicken-fucking conversation and "Tutti-Fucking-Fruiiity ( ... )

Zombie has a great sense of humor and had a lot of funny dialog in both films. House of 1000 Corpses I thought was great fun and most people missed the point. It was intended to be cheesy and fun. They complained that it was silly and just cheap. It was a homage to low budget cheesy 70's horror.
Thing with Wolf Creek was, I could care less about those people and I like films with more than just tons of gore. Hostel for me was gross just for the sake of it. I liked Cabin Fever however. I can sit and talk about how Turistas was a great set up with characters that you actually felt for til my fingers fall off but there won't be a Turistas 2. (Except maybe a cheap video release.) So I guess Hostel wins it.
I was thinking that Mindhunters was going to turn out to all be a training exercise...but I couldn't figure out how they were going to get Slater back together! LOL
I love the original Fog. I like Tom Welling and Maggie Grace. I was ready to give it a chance...but as you said...buncha shite.

by chance you unfriended me because I have horrible and controversial views on illegal immigration OR you just decided I don't post often enough...or something? It'd be cool to see ya back on the list because I do check in every now and then, school just had me running crazy there for awhile.
