The kitchen smells of fall! I love it! I had this idea for a good meal thing that I could make Simone, since I know she liked bb food squash and she just loves rice. So I made this, and it came out so wonderful! I'm eating some, too

It might be too dense, but I seprated my batch into ziplocks for the fridge. Knowing simone they'll be gone in a few days, anyhow!
