I'm at my mom's today, baking, cooking and playing. Right now banana bread is in the oven (gluten free and vegan!), and we had eggless salad sandwiches for lunch with organic baby tomatoes! Yummy

here are three vegan websites that i couldn't live with out!

these girl are amazing and their cook books rock! there is even a good message broad that they both read and respond to regularly.

a truly valuable thing when you want to eat out with friends or you family.

a great place to buy vegan goodies like jell-o, chocolate and starbursts.
