Perhaps, almond breeze in Original flavor. I think it would work well, and not be all soy tasting. When it's all cooked, the coconut flavor isn't noticable, so it's not improtant to get that flavor, just more to get creamy rice, which any nut milk should do, IMHO. I had no idea you were allergic to coconuts. xoxoxo
