I'm starting to run out of good subjects already.

Stuffed myself silly last night with the help of some new friends online. Problem was, I found myself losing interest in eating about half way through. I think the trick is, save the yummiest stuff for last... save the stuff that you can't get enough of the flavor in your mouth for last, so when your body is sending you signals where you don't feel ( Read more... )

The problem with the French is definitely their time of day. A friend of mine recently moved back to Paris. He bought me a webcam so we could keep in touch, but he insists on living in "Paris time." This apparently means that he is available to chat exactly when I am at work or asleep (or both). Your French girl must be a brave one, though. For such a liberal country, France seems to lag behind the US (this is rare) in accepting fat people. It may have just been him, but my friend spent much of his time here trying to convince me that muffin-tops and general protrusions of American beauty caused by low-rise jeans were somehow not awe-inspiring, or even gorgeous. Perhaps he was just jet-lagged (for an entire year). Even though you miss your girl, I'm glad someone is over there to fight the French fat fight. Vive l'obésité!

Yeah. My girl has gotten an LJ to reply in this journal. I'm sure she'll talk to you all about it.

And if your friend is on Paris time, see if you can talk to them either early in the morning for him (right before work) or RIGHT when you get off of work. Or weekends are nice for this.

And as per her being brave, she is, but I think it comes more down to her body just is the way it is... in many ways, she can't change it. She's a very tall girl with a naturally very broad bone structure. In many ways, she couldn't be not fat even if she starved herself.

I wouldn't say "vive l'obésité", but yes, I've been fighting the good fight for some time now.
And you're right on this, methinks. I've spent a year in the UK, and people were a lot fatter there than in my country. I think the number factor is to be taken into account here. France's population is rapidly growing fatter though, as people switch from their traditional French diet to a more "globalized" one.

(and that is but the tip of what I want to say, but it's getting late down here and I'll just save the rest for later)

You can never run out of subjects to talk about...if you need ideas, let me know. I'm a writer by profession and I always have things to write about...it's just the motivation to write them out :)

Actually, what I'm running out of is subject lines.

And I don't want to do just random writing on here. that's what my non-feeder LJ is for. Here I want to concentrate on fat and feeding.

Half the time I don't put subject lines. There are times I do, but to me they're pointless when most people know that when I update on my personal journal it's about my feeding/gaining experience.

Mmm... busty, lusty plump valkyries. Mmm... eternity of mead-drinking. I wish some valkyrie would pick ME up for an eternity of mead drinking. I do like mead.

My music collection is INCREDIBLY varied. I've got a lot of classical, as well as rock, pop that doesn't suck, alternative, metal, oldies, folk, filk, ethnic (klezmer, bagpipes, and others) and then stuff that could just be classified as "weird".
