Earthquake

Now, where I live (in Northern Virginia, USA. Not even an hour and a half away from D.C), we don't get alot of earthquakes. An occasional itty bitty 2.0 one from time to time, down south. So I've never felt one: until today ( Read more... )

I never want to go through it again. This is why I live on the east coast! Blizzards, flooding, hurricanes, tornados...I can deal with. Earthquakes? Heck no. D:

Good to hear! It's crazy. Down in GA we didn't get hit but my sis lives in NJ so I heard about it! And good to hear that your house is okay!:)

Yeah. It was felt as far as Connecticut, because I was online with someone from there when it happened and they felt a little bit of it. It was scary. We had an aftershock yesterday which was scary too. But thank goodness our house is okay. Can't say the same for my sister's sister-in-law's house. She has a few cracks in her paneling and some of her vents are loose now.
