All the Details
Day 25 - Your day, in great detail
Well, technically the day started at the end of my first day of the event. I'm not sure exactly what started me day as I was at the event and had no sense of time so I don't know when it turned midnight. Anyway, I was definitely running around at the camp ground somewhere. I ended up at Hellhammer camp. A lot of the night was involved in collecting Sin tokens from Sin Night. To win sin night you had to get tokens from the sin masters by committing sins. Well Rhys and I thought it would be really funny if he won sin night as we were a couple of the most innocent people there. So we went around convincing people to give us their tokens. We did end up winning which is just silly XD. By the end of everything we ended up with 1507 sin tokens lol. The person in second place only had around 350 lol. I went back to the tent for a little when the boy wanted to go get some sleep and then I went back out to enjoy the event a little more. I went back to Hellhammer camp for a while and then I went wandering and had a good long talk with one of my friends that I haven't really gotten to have a chat with in a while. By the time I actually got back to the tent for sleeping the sun was just starting to come up. So I curled up in the tent for what was probably 3 hours or so till people started waking up. So we got up and got ready for the day and grabbed our stuff and then headed off to weapons check. We got all our stuff checked and then helped out a little with the arrows part of weapons check. I really didn't end up doing to much, but I was there to keep people company and provide conversation lol. Most of the rest of the day was taken up by fighting. There were short breaks for snacks and water of course, but I spent most of the day fighting. I arched for most of the day since I didn't really arch at all at the last event which was all so good because my bow didn't pass the next day because it was pulling to hard. I ended up hurting my shoulder a little bit, but I think it'll be fine in a little. I'm not sure exactly what I did to it, I just know it happened one of the times I drew my bow. I must have just done it funny or something. After all the fighting that night was a feast. We had mashed potatoes, cole slaw, salad, beef brisket, and bread with honey butter. There was also cookies at the end, but they where just sandwich cookies. The rest of the night was spent just wandering around and hanging out with people again. Once again I'm not sure when it became the next day, but I know I stayed up well into the night again. I only went back to the tent a little before a rain storm, which while before sun rise was still well after midnight. All in all, a VERY fun day ^_^
Day 26 - Your week, in great detail
Much of this week was preparation for Armageddon. I spent a whole lot of time hand sewing and dying my one piece of garb, which I didn't even end up wearing XD. I did however show it to a few people and now have some good ideas for spiffing it up a little and a few other pieces of garb to go with it. Now to find a working sewing machine lol. So lets see, Monday I know we left the house to do something......I think that might have been the day my dad got his tooth extracted....or maybe not...I'm not sure lol. Tuesday I didn't really do to much other than sewing and laundry. Wednesday my dad had an appointment at the hospital and we did our grocery shopping. I also stopped at the jewelers in town so I could finally get my ring sent off to be fixed. Thursday was my parents anniversary so I treated them to lunch at Red Lobster and then headed out to the event. The rest of the week was spent having fun at the event. There was quite a bit of rain, but it all happened late at night or in the wee hours of the morning so it didn't interfere too much. It did however turn the main fighting field into a lake, but we made due with the other space we had. Sunday I drove home unpacked the van took my glorious after event shower and tried to catch up on my sleep lol.
Day 27 - This month, in great detail
Well lets see, most of the time I've been doing cleaning or something or job searching. the weekend of the 10th-14th I went up to visit the boy, but I already talked about that. I also talked about the event already.......other than that, the month has been fairly uneventful lol....
Day 28 - This year, in great detail
It's only half way into the year, but ok. My year started out with me sitting on a plane heading back to Japan. I was literally on a plane on New Years Eve. Which , let me tell you, I was none too happy about. It was a little after that that I decided I wasn't going to put up with RCS's crap anymore. That was a really difficult decision as I really LOVED everything about my job other than the company I was working for. It would have been great if I could have gotten a direct hire from my school, but with everything that was going on there was just too much red tape. Oh well, I just hope my old school is doing well. They deserve it. at the end of March I got myself moved back home. Then for about a month I tried to hide at home lol. I wanted to surprise people at spring war since I didn't tell anyone I would be moving home. That was a ton of fun, and I'm pretty sure I wrote a journal entry about that too. Since then I've just been job searching and doing house work for my parents. Hopefully not before too long I'll find something to do and I'll get moved into the house next door. I think that's about all I have for this year so far.
