So i think that arthroscopy went well. certainly already i can move it in the one way it refused to play nicely about before. not much pain (yet) either. it did take two anaesthetists to get a vein, tried in both hands before giving up and using inner elbow. two canula(e?)(s?) to get pulled out in a bit. more bruises to add to the collection
