We had a fantastic day. We dropped Barklay off after I got some so so shots and had lunch with friends at the club. When we came home, it seemed to me the dog was in the same place we left him. All those feet around him. I wager the Canadian National Exhibition made a small fortune on its last day....they better, they have to pay all those pilots ( Read more... )

Gorgeous pictures! Thanks for sharing :DD For some reason I was imagining your mother as much more a little old lady--she most definitely does not look it! btw Your hair is hair that people like me say they would kill or die for. "People like me" meaning those afflicted with thick, stick-straight hair, and in my case of the "is-it-brown-or-is-it-blonde" variety. In other words boring.

I haven't been to an air show in years. Louisville has one every year as part of the Derby Festival, but I typically hide from it--a quarter million people on the riverfront is not something to which I willingly subject myself. I can hear it though :) Maybe one of these years I'll venture downtown for it.

Oh hon, I loves me an airshow! My dad would take us every year to the one in Oshkosh, WI--our annual mini vacation, a pater-enforced warm-up to whatever big vacation he cooked up. I guess because the Derby one is in my backyard, I just haven't found the reason to partake. Maybe next year the pull of the Blue Angels will be too strong ;)

Love you both to pieces...and your offspring would of course be at least strawberry blonde if not flaming red. Those mutant genes need to assert themselves occasionally.

Catch up Yes!

Kisses and hugs. Sleep well.

*snort* Nothing like a nice shot of some panties. ;-)

You got some great shots! It's not very often that I call something man-made a thing of beauty (outside of the perfect Coach purse, lol), but watching a good air show is a breathtaking experience.

LOVE the hair. <3

I've never been to an air show, but my dad has told me about the noise, so I imagine I'd be having a fit right alongside Barklay. Those are some really great shots.

I want your hair, btw. Those are some lovely curls ^^

Why would you want to perm it? For more ringlets? It's perfect the way it is! My hair is so flat (save for a few cowlicks here and there) I'd kill for some body like that.

If you went for the flying, I'd root for you all the way. I'm terrified of it, myself. There have been so many small plane crashes around my area in recent years it makes me so nervous. It would be an amazing hobby, though. Expensive, but something definitely refreshing. I bet the sense of freedom is intense.

Baby, I've got my own hair-dryer and industrial straightener with goop to keep the frizzies down, lol!

My curls aren't as nice as yours though - they're at least curling together. Each hair of mine curls however the hell it wants.

My my my, look at that sexy woman with nice curves and wild, beautiful hair!

It looks like you all had a blast, those shows are always so much fun to watch (even if the local aviators of the feathered type don't think so *wink*)
