[ABOUT] With Kir still not having come home, Jing decides to go looking for him.

It had turned from a bad mood to a full on case of nervous worry. It wasn't uncommon for Kir to go off in a huff for a few hours, and maybe even a day. But now that it was creeping closer to two days and the albatross still had yet to appear, Jing decided to stop pacing the hotel room floor (once he'd finally gotten back in) and start looking for him. He consoled himself with the small comfort that nothing dire had happened -- he'd know, if that was the case, connected as the two were -- but that still left a lot of potentially bad things which could have affected his partner.
The music in his head today was a drumbeat, low and deep, and seemed to keep pace with his steps as he walked down the street away from the hotel. He'd check downtown by the river first, because that was the area he was most familiar with, and branch out from there.
