[ To say Uhura has a knack for communications devices was an understatement. She knows them inside out, backwards and forwards, all the way down the the circuitry and programming. Most of her efforts since arriving in the city haves been almost obsessively messing with the Tone she received upon arrival.
There are still a few things she's struggling with; the Tone resembles 21st century technology she has only read about, so when the feed accidentally turned on she's completely unaware. Though her expression shows her complete frustration ,the lack of sleep she's had was written all over her eyes. ]
