[Jim had left and Iceland followed not too shortly after. It took all her will to not go absolutely insane when she found out. Especially after reading both Jim's and Iceland's parting letters. Well, my kind can regenerate body parts after we've lost them. But usually only right away.

I had an eye infection so Rory gave me some medicine and it sort of... jump-started my healing powers and allowed me to re-grow the eye after all this time. It wasn't pretty but now I'm excited to have my eye back.
