[It's the first time Vergil ever has ever messed with the video function of his Tone and it doesn't seem to be working so well. In fact, the only reason he's done it at all is because in general his Tone doesn't seem to be working so well in general at all. Not that he really wants to post on the device but he was rather curious as to what other people were currently posting since the major events the other day. But he can't view that either.
On the screen is a ton of static and in fact not even the shape of Vergil or anything else for that matter can be made out in the black-and-white "snow." The static "jumps" a few times in quick succession--Vergil slapping the device on the side a few times--and then clears back into continuous fuzz. But now a vaguely human shape can just maybe be made out from all the static.
The sound is a little lot wonky, too.]

[It shuts off.]
