Colbert isn't running. It was too expensive to enter the Republican primary and he couldn't enter the Democratic primary on some technicality. It might have also been too expensive, I don't remember.
I had heard something about him not being able to run but I wasn't sure what had happened. I mean if Kucinich doesn't win or get into the primaries, I'll be mad if Colbert isn't in there because he's my second choice. Meh
