John got a netbook for Christmas... I can't tell how I feel about it. It's compact, portable, has good features like a built in web-cam, super long battery life ... really there is nothing wrong with it... Nettie we call her. But I just can't get over the size. Glennzilla has one as well. It's tiny. My Toshiba is so much larger and I like that :)

If you are like me, you will NEVER get used to the small keyboard that seems to be made for child-like fingers LOL. Mr M got one last year for Christmas. HIS has a stupid operating platform that isnt compatible with much.. so he got frustrated. They ARE nice to take on trips though, because of the size. I have had a love/hate relationship with his !! LOL

It's great! I upgraded the RAM and put stickers on it and everything! :) Next, I'm going to replace the stock HDD with one I have laying around that's twice the size. After that, Windows 7. I've never bothered to do more than upgrade the RAM on any of my previous laptops, but this one was so small and inexpensive that it's like a toy computer. My favorite feature is the 9-hour battery life.
