Actually, I don't want your job. I like mine, even if I make piddly-squat. Copy-cataloging is pretty awesome, yo. (And I'm not sure I could bring myself to write about some of those costumes.)
Still, it sounds like you're having a fairly productive summer.

And yeah, I am. One of the advantages of being unemployed for a month was that I got a lot of writing done. Free time FTW!

Seriously, though, I rationalize the job's occasional soul-hurtiness like this: By making enough money now, I'll eventually be in a position both to get a job that doesn't include socially dubious costuming, and to be a consumer with all attendant power to not buy things I disapprove of. Plus, it's been pretty educational - looking at things from an online marketer's-eye view is absolutely fascinating.
