Anyway I am trying to get back into being more social less hikikomori and going back to larping in Chicago after all I used to love it enough to do it every week Wednesday thru Saturday nights. Hmm.. what about: She was scouted by the Ventrue for performing top in her class and her reputation for confidence and ambition. They sent someone to seduce her and then embrace her into the family.

Alternately- she could have heard rumor of the vampire society, and in her ambition for power and eternity, sought them out- was embraced for the above reasons.

yeah neither is mine thats the frustrating part. but it has some ideas.

She should be an arts administratorin the Development track -a producer. Development/producer people know all the 'whose who' in society and might have caught the eye of another Ventrue investor. Producing professional shows, even art shows, is a cut throat business. It's not just artsy, it is dirty business. Many a show has been produced because someone knew dirt on someone with money and 'convinced' them to back the show- Very much like a hostle takeover on Wall Street. I knew alot of dirt on people when I moved in that circle. (Not my cup of tea, so I changed focuses...) Myabe she blackmailed the wrong backer?
